Amazing my Sista God “arrested me” as on my way to spend time with our family! He is so AWESOME…preparing us for our upcoming Family Reunion!!! He has a way of taking us back to our roots…especially when new ones are being planted (roots). I am coming into new territory with grand-babies, adult children expanding their families, so many new things are happening…this is requiring some transition/transformation on the part of my husband and myself! So as self examination is on the horizon for me and I got a good dose of it as I rode from Atlanta to Daytona Beach “alone”…..yet never alone because “The Comforter” was with me directing my path all the way. I continue to stand in AWE of God’s intervention and I asked him for what to do with “all this newness” He continues to say to me “SPEAK THE WORD” because the word of God is a light and a lamp unto man’s pathway (Ps.119:105)…He’s still “arresting us” that we might bring forth His Praises as He brings us out of darkness into His marvelous light (1Peter 2:9)! It’s a Family Affair…during this Family Reunion 2010, I too will be listening and seeking His direction as His will is done in my life and the lives of my dear family!

“The strength is in the struggle” to quote Fredrick Douglas. I believe that we do have to eventually move out of the box but the lessons learned within can only prove us and propel us outside the box where life experiences come and help form our destiny these courageous moments teach us to trust that God loves us unconditionally and we learn that He definitely wants us to grow and “walk out” life with purpose and intention. Wow..God is so good to us…the power of choice is amazing. I’m still choosing to get to know myself through my purpose. Thanks again for sharing so graciously.

For in Him, we live, move and have our being.” ( Acts 17:28). Willingness, Intensity, Intention and Dreams…these things [how we live], along with adhering to the advice of my Counselor which comes through constant prayer and meditation…[how we move] are my jobs as a child of God. God, through the universe with all its magnificent resources, does the rest. Then everything works for my highest good and I am happy and grateful [who I'm being; my beingness]. It really is that simple! Thank you God and thank you Jennifer.
